Quick Stage System/ Quick Lock Tower/ Decking Systems
Quick stage scaffolding is a tube structure which support people and material in the construction industry or repair of buildings and other relatively large structures. This system can also be used for propping of slabs and formwork.
The main components of Quick stage are standards, ledgers, base jacks and hook-on boards. The standards, also called uprights, are the vertical tubes that transfer the entire weight of the structure to the ground where it rests on the base jack.
The adaptability of the system enables the standards to be erected close together where necessary to accommodate heavy loads on the scaffold.
The ledger consists of horizontal tubes (also called transoms) which connect between the standards.
Quick lock frames (also known as self-lock frames), is a light, versatile type of scaffold and it can easily be erected in a short timeframe. In its dismantled form, it is very compact for easy storage and transportation. Quick lock frames are ideally used for building houses, general maintenance, paint contractors etc.
These Frames have the capability to extend up to 20m if properly tied to the building or a safe structure.
