Rapid scaffolding (1996-2005): Worked in scaffolding and insulations while quickly working his way up to senior site supervisor, running various sites, projects and maintenance contracts.
Kaefer Thermal Contractors (2005-2013): started out as Senior Supervisor then took the internal opportunity to become Scaffolding and Insulation QC. He worked in the Quality department for a year and then got his own site to run as Site Manager. He was in charge of numerous shutdowns on Sasol, and also the FT Wax Project, EPU5 Project and Uranium 1 Boiler Project.

Form Force Scaffolding (2013-2014): Worked for the Johannesburg based Scaffolding company as a Branch Manager however unfortunately the branched closed the Durban office.
SGB Scaffolding Systems (2014-2015) Worked as senior Site Supervisor, managing and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s sites.
